Rufus...

Rufus is a super cute Lhasa Apso with serious attitude.  I have to remind people he is not a stuffed animal and hates being hugged!  He loves when I spend the day in the craft room where he sleeps in his bed while I work.  Sometimes he even helps like the time he participated in hand sewing the binding on my quilt.

Buster...

Buster came from the local humane society.  Our Golden Retriever, Jessy, only lived until he was 7 so we were hoping a mixed breed dog might have less health problems.  Buster has been great.  I brought him home when he was 11 months old.  He came with paper work stating he was a Golden Doodle...never heard of them...this was my introduction to a new world to me...designer dogs.  Buster is super smart & trainable but I certainly know how he ended up at the humane society.  He needs to be kept busy or he finds trouble!  In the first week he was at our house he destroyed the lace blanket my mom had knit for our son's birth in about 20 secs.  He was very lucky I love dogs so much & hate to give up.  His favorite thing is chasing tennis balls.  If you don't take him out to play he continues to drop tennis balls on you until you give in.  Kids love him!
